WHO WE ARE
STILL is a direct-to-consumer putter brand and the maker of the CADENCE companion app. For the services described here, STILL is responsible for how data is handled. Questions or requests: contact@still.golf.
WAITLIST DATA
We collect your email address, selected product and language when you join the waitlist. We also record the general source of the visit, entry page and campaign name when present, to understand which content brings people to STILL. We do not ask for your name or build a cross-site advertising profile.
WHY, AND ON WHAT BASIS
We use your email to notify you when the products you selected open for sale. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form and confirmed by the opt-in email.
WHO PROCESSES IT
Your email is stored and emails are sent through Klaviyo, Inc. (United States), our email service provider. This involves a transfer outside the EU, carried out under Klaviyo’s standard contractual clauses. We do not sell or share your email with anyone else.
THE CADENCE APP
CADENCE stores putting sessions, strokes, device settings and calibrations in a database on your phone. If you explicitly enable Data Lab capture, it also stores short motion-sensor windows received from your CADENCE trainer. The app has no account, advertising, third-party analytics or automatic cloud upload. Bluetooth is used only to communicate with the trainer. Audio playback is used for the tempo cue; CADENCE does not record from your microphone.
EXPORTS FROM CADENCE
Nothing leaves the app automatically. If you choose Export history or Export research dataset, CADENCE creates a file and opens your phone’s share sheet. The file goes only to the destination you select; that destination then handles it under its own privacy terms.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Waitlist data is kept until the relevant products launch and shortly after, or until you unsubscribe, whichever comes first. CADENCE app data stays on your phone until you delete individual sessions or remove the app. You can leave the waitlist at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email, or by emailing us.
YOUR RIGHTS
You can access, correct, or delete your data, withdraw consent, or object to its use at any time — email us and we’ll act on it. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
WEBSITE ANALYTICS
On this website, we use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and accepted waitlist requests by product, language and general visit source. We do not send email addresses to this analytics service or create advertising identifiers. An accepted request is counted separately from the email confirmation required to join the list. The CADENCE app does not include this analytics service.
STORAGE ON YOUR DEVICE
When you join, we store your email and selected product in your browser (localStorage) so the page remembers your request. A separate session record keeps the general visit source, entry page and campaign while you navigate this site; it expires after 30 minutes of inactivity or when the tab session ends. It contains no email address or visitor identifier. Clear your browser storage to remove these records.
