WHO WE ARE
STILL is a direct-to-consumer putter brand. For the waitlist described here, STILL is the data controller. Questions or requests: contact@still.golf.
WHAT WE COLLECT
Your email address and the product interest you select when you join the waitlist. We do not ask for your name or build a cross-site advertising profile.
WHY, AND ON WHAT BASIS
We use your email to notify you when the products you selected open for sale. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form and confirmed by the opt-in email.
WHO PROCESSES IT
Your email is stored and emails are sent through Klaviyo, Inc. (United States), our email service provider. This involves a transfer outside the EU, carried out under Klaviyo’s standard contractual clauses. We do not sell or share your email with anyone else.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Until the relevant products launch and shortly after, or until you unsubscribe, whichever comes first. You can leave at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email, or by emailing us.
YOUR RIGHTS
You can access, correct, or delete your data, withdraw consent, or object to its use at any time — email us and we’ll act on it. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
ANALYTICS
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see where visitors come from. It is cookieless and anonymous — no personal profile, no cross-site tracking, and it does not identify you.
STORAGE ON YOUR DEVICE
When you join, we store your email in your browser (localStorage) so the page remembers you’re on the list. It never leaves your device except to subscribe you via Klaviyo. Clear your browser storage to remove it.
