Inside the workshop

Every decision.
Out in the open.

Series 01 and Cadence are in development. The geometry, the prototypes and the tests come before the first release.

HOW SERIES 01 REACHES PRODUCTION

01

Design the system

Head, hosel, weights, shaft, and sole plate are developed as one assembly in CAD.

CURRENT CAD
02

Build prototypes

Physical prototypes will verify fit, finish, balance, and assembly before production.

PRE-PRODUCTION
03

Measure the result

Mass, MOI, and the relationship between center of gravity and shaft axis must be checked on real parts.

VALIDATION
04

Freeze production

Only validated geometry, tolerances, components, and assembly instructions move into the first run.

THEN BUILD

The thinking behind the tools.
Understand the choices behind the equipment and the practice. The journal explains the details; the workshop puts them to the test.

CURRENT STATUS
Engineering before storytelling.
Geometry, finish, weights, shaft fit, and assembly have to survive physical prototypes before the specification is frozen. Confirmed production values will replace the current CAD targets after validation.
